We started as a small bakery in 1982 in Chania, Crete. Our recipes are the ones we inherited from our grandmothers. We grew slowly and steadily. Your preferences are what drove us always. With your support, we built in 1995 the first frozen dough factory in Crete. Since then, we have continued to steadily evolve, automating our production process and building our presence in numerous segments of the market. Today we have managed to be one of the most dynamic companies in the island of Crete, thanks to you, who have been choosing our products with dedication all these years.
