"Kalitsouni" pastry pie with greens (for frying)

  1. Ingredients:

    1 Pack (30 pieces) HIOTAKI Kalicouni Sheet

    350 g fresh spinach (cleaned)

    150 g Onions

    80 g Diosmo (purified)

    70 g Olive oil

    50 g Maratha (peeled)

    50 g Flour

    10 g Salt

    A little pepper

    Preparation of filling:

    Mix (with a spoon) all the ingredients together until they are very well blended.

    Implementation:

    Divide the filling among all the leaves and close them in a crescent shape.

    Fry in a little hot
    olive oil for about 1 minute on both sides.
