"Kalitsouni" pastry pie with soft goat cheese (for oven)

  1. Ingredients:

    1 Pack (30 pieces) HIOTAKI Kalicouni Sheet

    250 g Anthotiro cheese

    250 g Myzithra cheese

    250 g Traditional Feta cheese

    1 Egg

    A little Sesame

    Preparation of filling:

    Mix (with a spoon) the Anthotiros, the Myzithra, the Feta and half the Egg until they are verywell blended.

    Implementation:

    Divide the filling among all the leaves. We fold each sheet in 4 places. Brush them with the
    remaining egg (after beating it first) and sprinkle with a little sesame. Bake in a preheated
    oven at 200 °C, until they turn pink.
