Μushroom pies
  1. Ingredients:

    1 Pack (20 pieces) HIOTAKI Puffs

    500 g Chopped mushrooms (canned)

    100 g Onion, chopped

    200 g bacon, chopped

    200 g grated Gouda cheese

    200 g Cream of milk

    2 cloves of garlic

    A little olive oil

    A little white wine

    Preparation of filling:

    Sauté the mushrooms with the onion, garlic and bacon. Deglaze with a little white wine. Add
    the cream and after the sauce has set, take it off the heat and add the cheese.

    Implementation:
    We place each leaf in molds (tarts) after first oiling them. Then we divide the filling into the
    molds. Bake in the oven at 180 °C for about 30 minutes.
